The location is very close to TU Graz which was perfect for me. Due to being busy with work I didn't get to use the cooking tools in the kitchen, but they seemed adequate that if I wanted to cook it wouldn't have been a problem. Bed is huge and comfy, and the room is quite spacious. The shower is nice and clean. I didn't interact with the owners in person, but the instructions for check-in and check-out are clear enough to make a seamless experience. The welcome snack is a nice touch and there is a vending machine on the ground floor if you're lazy. There is no AC but a fan; I was fortunate enough to avoid the heatwave so I'm not sure how warm it would get however.

Situated in Graz, Modernes Appartement features inner courtyard views and free WiFi, 2.4 km from Graz Opera House and 2.7 km from Glockenspiel. I liked everything, it felt like home. All the rooms are big, it was warm inside and I could find everything I needed. It is not super-new, but the apartment is super cozy and really welcoming. Super positive experience!
