The Skyview Residence is a charming apartment in a central location. Access to the residence is via a coded key box, which is located in the inner courtyard in our covered carport. The private carport is of course at your disposal for your entire stay. The code for the key box, as well as all other information, will be sent to you via Booking after you have made a reservation. The transport links to the beautiful old town are ideal. The streetcar stop is right next to our residence. The quiet cycle path is also just a stone's throw away, which leads next to the river into the old town or into the green Styrian countryside. We also offer our own e-scooters for getting around and getting to know Graz from a different perspective. The apartment combines modern furnishings and a high level of comfort. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances, all of which are new. A powerful central air conditioning system offers cooling even in the hot summer months and ensures a pleasant climate. A stylish bathroom and a comfortable bedroom complete the pleasant ambience. We make every effort to make this residence the perfect home for a short city trip, for travelers passing through or, of course, for longer stays.
We, the Lorenz/Muhr family, together with our little offspring, do our best to make your stay in our apartment an all-round perfect experience. We always try to be available for our guests so that we can answer all questions as quickly as possible. We are constantly trying to develop ourselves further, not only to maintain our high standards, but also to live up to our claim and become even better.
