I think this is one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at. Well-equipped studio kitchen, cozy bedroom, large balcony. Everything is very clean and new. The hotel is located next to the old town and has underground parking with an electric charging station. There is even a swimming pool, unfortunately the weather did not allow us to enjoy it. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and speak excellent English.

Wonderful apartment with everything you would need for a short or long break. The owners met us and accommodated our requests and answered our questions. They provided lovely additional touches such as oranges, bread, pastel de nata and white wine. The location itself is handy and is a quiet, short walk, to stores, restaurants, and the port etc. This would be a great option for families or adult groups. The shutter blinds make it easy to create dark spaces for naps and keep the place cool, the thick walls allow you to still chat and live while your kids are napping. Everything is clean and bright, there are books, pamphlets, and board games. Multiple dining spaces and beautiful coffee provided. I couldn't recommend it enough for a relaxing, chilled out stay.

The accommodation is centrally located, close to the Marina, main points of interest, and close to bus/train station, making it very handy if you need to move around with public transport. Parking is also available in the streets not to far from the accommodation. Room is spacious, very clean and bed is comfortable. There's a shared kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, and in the morning fruits, tea/coffee, food is provided. Hosts G&M are very welcoming and nice people to chat with, and they make you feel home. Totally recommended.

We were contacted before the arrival time and met at the door. So friendly and helpful. Hosts gave us a lovely bottle of Duoro Valley wine, some Pasteis de nata, and lots of fresh fruit. All the essentials are there - salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic etc so no need to purchase. And my favourite, good strong shower pressure! Spacious apartment and fantastic position.
