Very easy reach of FARO airport, a taxi including tip was 5euro, though you really can walk there quite comfortably and I would guess that TAXI drivers in busier times would not like such a small trip to lose their place in the queue... Dora the owner is wonderful and I only met her for about 10 minutes, quite late around 23.30 pm but she was there as she said she would be to 'check me in'... I had the room with an external bathroom but it was all mine!... The kitchen and lounge were shared spaces with the other room that was en-suite... Bearing in mind I had only booked to stay because of my late arrival time I had no great expectation but that was completely blown away... Anyone or a couple wishing to do something a little different before they begin their main reason for their trip to the stunning Algarve will NOT find a better beginning than this!!! If they think they may have PLEASE let me know... Dora's apartment is a jewel of a find, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very affordable, to be perfectly honest I wouldn't have found it unless I had booked a late flight arrival into Faro... The apartment was very nice - spacious, bright, and clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, bathroom mirror lighting a nice touch. The washer was handy for a quick load of laundry. There was also a nice bottle of wine in the fridge.
I didn't meet the host, but he was very responsive.
Location is great, very close to two markets, and easy walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely room, very clean and all the shared spaces and bedrooms felt very welcoming, everywhere is kept smelling really nice too. The little courtyard/garden area was a real sun trap in the early afternoon and felt very cosy. Nice shared facilities which all felt very new and modern. The host was very friendly and helpful too. The location was also really convenient, with just a short walk to the old town, harbour, and restaurants.

Lovely room with a large bathroom. Comfortable bed & shared kitchenette/rooftop seating area was cosy/ pleasant. Great location to walk to restaurants- bars etc & short / easy walk to the ferry or train station. Kitchen had all that you need for self catering & lots of useful information in the guest house.

So close to walk to the city, best location. Clean, beautiful and modern decor, comfortable beds, self catering kitchen facilities, nice bathroom with good hot water an pressure. Great service. Underground parking is good but a very tight squeeze and only for good/non nervous drives (staff did warn me so it was expected). Road side parking is free and safe but very busy neighbourhood so limited. Highly recommend it.
Very clean self-catering place with good location. There are shared bathrooms but they are Ok. We liked the terrace where we could have our breakfasts. The kitchen is well equipped. The host is great, replies quickly and also recommends places in the area.
Fantastic communication from host, Felipe. Very convenient base, easy access, well placed for old town and shops etc. Possibly the most comprehensively equipped self catering kitchen we've used! Big fridge, washing machine. Hot water. Good value.
The accommodation was conveniently located in central Faro, just a short walk from restaurants, the harbour, train station and tourist attractions. The furnishings were attractive and modern and there was a kitchen ( shared by two rooms) enabling some self catering.
The check in at a separate establishment went smoothly and the receptionist accompanied us to our apartment.
Very modern hotel with very spacious rooms; which included a well equipped kitchen and seating area, perfect if you want to do some self-catering. It's located just 300 metres from the Old Town, which is great for bars, restaurants and walking around the corniche. And it's fantastic value for money!
