I rarely leave 10/10 ratings, and I did feel the price is a bit high for what you get, but my wife and I really loved it. The natural pool and mini-beach is truly unique and wonderful—the photos here don't do it justice. Tons of frogs to view and listen to (must be very fun for kids). The room itself was very comfortable with a large deck. Very tasteful decoration. The staff was fantastic, as was the large, healthy breakfast. Perfect location to explore the region, especially the many world class (yet nearly empty) beaches nearby.

Quinta da Alentegria is a beautiful property, privately owned, very close to the city of Alcácer. It has a very nice pool area, a playground, and several sofas in the shade to read a book or rest. The cottages are comfortable and nicely furnished, and the kitchenette is well equipped. The hosts are a Belgian couple, super polite and friendly. We traveled with our neurodivergent 5-year-old son, and they went above and beyond to accommodate his needs and make our stay the best possible. We are already planning our next stay! 😊

We loved the location and the decor. The beach is at the bottom of the road and you can hear the sea from the garden. The garden is also fantastic with great views across the fields, we sat out for dinner and it was perfect. The kitchen has everything you need and a lovely big table to eat inside should you want to. It’s in a basement so is lovely and cool at night (we stayed in July). Lastly the hosts are so so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. We should’ve stayed for longer instead of moving inland!
The house is located beautifully overlooking the rice fields. The kitchen is well equiped and all facilities to have a comfortable stay are present. The host Jules and Rita were available to accommodate us during our stay. All in all a good experience!

magic place, beautiful scenery, super peaceful, relaxing and quiet. it is a wonderful place to come with as a couple, friends or family. the house has everything you need, the kitchen is perfect for cooking. we have 2 children and we prepared all our meals with no problem.

We stayed at "Casa da Adega" which has a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, perfect for a family. Spotless and with clean towels everyday, if needed.
The pool is really nice, specially in the end of the day to relax.
Breakfast is vey generous and make sure to try the homemade cakes.
I will return without any doubt and maybe even work from them. I will suggest it for vacay or remote work.
