The property was very clean and it had all the things we needed. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was fully equipped. It was easy to assess the property without any need to keep calling the host. Nice and comfortable room, with access to kitchen facilities. Bottled water and chocolates provided in room. Good communication from host who also kindly accommodated a later check out.
Milk and teabags were welcome after a long journey . Plenty of towels and lovely clean bedding. Lounge area was perfect for our group. Well equipped kitchen.
The room was very clean and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities. My room had a shared fridge in the kitchen which was very useful. The shower and toilet was more than adequate which added to the comfort of the room. It was quiet in the building and plenty of parking facilities out on the road. I felt very comfortable and safe in the room/building and I really liked the way the keys (main door and my room) was left in the secure coded outside safe. Will definitely use the facilities again. :-)

Comfy bed, Only down size is the bed is a little small but it fit myself and husband in and he is 6ft!
This was a self-catering multi-bedroom facility with communal kitchen/lounge, like a Student Hall of Residence. It was very clean and comfortable, with good facilities. The location was perfect for my needs because of its proximity to Coventry rail station.
