Our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation exceeded expectations. Very comfortable and clean. We decided to eat in rather than go out for a meal as we enjoyed the space and comfort of the home. I would highly recommend and would definitely chose this accommodation in the future.

The hosts were easy to reach.
The location was really good with it being city centre. There was free onsite parking which was a major bonus.
There were two bathrooms within the apartment which was useful - one which was an en suite

We booked this place for our trip to F1 Silverstone.
On entering, the decor looks nice and appealing. It looked to have the facilities expected, i.e., kitchen, crockery, utensils, bathroom. Rooms were clean and neat. The flat is one flight of stairs, so as long as mobile is not an issue. The kitchen has a very decent sized fridge and freezer. The TV is large and has good options. The carpets look pretty new, too. Beds, although low, were comfortable. The flat has a balcony that is good for fresh air. Parking is not bad.
Great central location, a few restaurants nearby and NCP parking handy for the property. Spacious apartment, well appointed kitchen and nice and clean.
Reasonable room well located for a visit to the university. The property is right next to a bus stop for a service which serves the university, has a (shared) kitchen with tea/coffee facilities and the wifi seemed to work fine. Check-in was easy with room key found in a lockbox outside and the price was good for what you get.
It felt Like home from home. The location/ accommodation is quiet and safe with parking which was ideal.

Room was clean and tidy, nice decor. bathroom and kitchen had essentials needed such as shower gels/ shampoo, microwave, kettle, oven, fridge tea and coffee and cleaning equipment etc which was great for self catering.
Comfy bed, Only down size is the bed is a little small but it fit myself and husband in and he is 6ft!
This was a self-catering multi-bedroom facility with communal kitchen/lounge, like a Student Hall of Residence. It was very clean and comfortable, with good facilities. The location was perfect for my needs because of its proximity to Coventry rail station.
Coundon Lodge is really good, from the friendly welcome to the comfortable room and excellent facilities for self-catering, (kitchen and spacious dining room). The outlook is lovely too. All very good value.
