Very clean, safe with the door locks, Claude was very responsive and respectful! The photos are accurate. The air conditioner worked very well, which was nice for me as I’m always overheating while I sleep. The kitchen was cute and functional and the balcony was nice to have. The bed was soft and comfy too.

It was great to have access to a washer/dryer, although basic instructions would have helped those of us unfamiliar with European appliances (including dishwasher) - we did figure it out. The shower head was nice but the shower doors did not fully come together resulting in water on the floor. The host provided wonderful snacks/breakfast items which was significantly helpful when we had difficulty with check in. Nicely stocked coffee with great instructions - the best we had the whole trip! Overall it was a comfortable stay in a safe area with access to a lot of things close by. Old town was about a 10/15 min walk.

The apartment is very well equipped, it was lovely and warm despite the cold weather outside, and the bed was very comfortable, we both slept well.
We had a couple of minor hiccups completing the registration process, and getting the keys on first arrival, but the owner Lisa could not have been more helpful, she gets an 11 out of 10 for guest care.

Very nice apartment in the center of the city not far from the cafes/restaurants and shops. It is just amazing, very comfortable, new, very clean and spacious. We liked absolutely everything and the kitchen was very well equipped with all necessary things for cooking. Highly recommended!!!
Bed very very comfortable, kitchenett is very functional, free dishwasing pack at the reception, lidl grocery shop 5 mins away, staff very helpful, washing mashine and dryer available for extra 5 and 3 euros which includes the laundry detergent. Small but good size of fridge. Good AC.
We had to book at the last moment because we had a problem with our previous hotel. However, we were very nicely surprised and the conditions at the hotel made us very happy and satisfied.
As overall, everything was great. A very clean hotel, cosy & soft bed, well equipped kitchen, perfect location and kind staff.
If we go again to Lyon, we will definitely come back.
Very clean. Bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the air conditioning, this is rare in Europe in my experience. Convenient to have an elevator, also unusual in such an old building. I didn’t really use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped for self catering.
