Our stay in Garmisch was amazing, starting with our arrival at the chalet where Michael met us with the keys, opened the garage door for us upon arrival, and even had a Christmas tree put up and a fire in the fireplace when we walked in. He showed us around the amazing modern property (yes the theater and sauna are real), explaining how everything worked and left us his cell number in case we had any questions during our 5- day stay. When we did text him with questions, he always responded within just a few minutes. He gave us a wonderful recommendation for the best Italian restaurant in town that was a 5-minute walk from the chalet, as well as ideas for things to do in the area based on the upcoming weather for the week. The home itself is in a quiet area, but within a block of the train station. Venues we visited within a 5-minute walk are the Italian restaurant (Renzo...phenomenal), an Irish pub, and a bakery for morning pastries. The downtown shopping area is also within walking distance, but probably a 15 minute walk. We drove it, however, and parking was plentiful even during the Christmas market season. We travel a lot, both stateside and overseas, and this was probably our best experience ever when combining both the property and the host. Upon departure, Michael again met us at the property to pick up the keys and ask us about our week, bringing us a farewell gift of German pretzels from the bakery.

The owner was very responsive and gave us detailed information on accessing the keys for entry. The house had all the amenities we needed and comfortably fit our family including a baby. The location was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We were able to park our car in the driveway. Checkout was easy - leaving keys and city tax for owner. We would stay again.

This property was located in the perfect area with beautiful views. You can also walk down to the creek. Which was a bonus. I would definitely say that the pictures don’t show exactly how pretty it is.

The room is neat, and had large space to put our luggage’s. The kitchen equipment is well. There is wash machine can do laundry.Customer service is also great!
Beautiful and cosy apartment right next to the historical city center of Partenkirchen, with a spacious bedroom, clean facilities, kitchen equipment with everything that we needed (including a small microwave-grill perfect for cooking traditional Bavarian meals) and two balconies with stunning views!

The host was very helpful and explained the local area of where to go and where to avoid, also explained about the local festival. He made time to respond to all messages and went further to make sure we received the information eith short notice. Very nice and spacious appartment, with well equiped kitchen, large bathroom , cosy bedroom, huge livingroom and on top of that all, a magnificent view !
The chalet is extremely high quality and the finish on the interior is absolutely fantastic. It is much better than the pictures - and the pictures are very good. Sauna and hot tub were great, as was the kitchen. Some good views out the back of the ski slope and surrounding mountains. Staff are responsive over whatsapp, but left to your own privacy and given contactless check in also. Highly recommend this place.
Absolutely beautiful and well equipped self catering apartment. Felt like I could have been in my own home! Decent, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms one with an excellent shower, and the other (en-suite to the main bedroom) with a great bath!
