Its quite a new apartment located at central of Garmish Partenkirchen. The house was in close residential area where we need a key to access the entrance and house. The house was complete with almost everything even with washing machine , kitchen and even with iron. The owner had whatapps us several days before check in to ask about detail. so check in process was smooth.

Lovely beds, very 'roomey' , central location. The TV and sound systems were great. The host left wine which was a lovely touch. Towels and bed cloths all top notch. Lovely Balcony area for sitting out. Great Bluetooth speaker. Loads of hot water, showers had plenty of power.

This house had a terrific view of the mountains from the back porch. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for preparing meals. The home was recently renovated so everything felt new and modern, yet the home still maintained that Bavarian charm. Josef was a gracious and hospitable host.

It was the best hotel(apartement) we've ever stayed. We visited Garmisch-Partenkirchen for participating in a trail running event. The apartment was equipped with everything you need from the kitchen to prepare nutrition and washer/drier to dry your wet clothes after the race. Every unit has a terrace with a nice view to Zugspitz. All staff were very welcoming and helful!!!
Absolutely beautiful and well equipped self catering apartment. Felt like I could have been in my own home! Decent, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms one with an excellent shower, and the other (en-suite to the main bedroom) with a great bath!
New, conveniently located, comfortable and clean. Its tastefully and thoughtfully laid out from utensils in the kitchen to heated flooring, double glazed windows, rain showers and a lovely sit out with views of the mountains. Essentially, everything you need for a self catering holiday. And of course Dominick was super helpful too.
