This was such a gem. A charming farm experience complete with lovely service. (the gingham bag of pastries on the door in the morning was a highlight) They clearly take a lot of pride in their operation. I could not recommend it enough. The rooms were modern, immaculate, and comfortable. I especially loved the farm fresh eggs and veggies available to cook in my room. The views were unparalleled as I enjoyed an evening glass of wine overlooking the meadow full of deer. A Bavarian highlight!

Everything was great! Hosts even put lots of food from apples to cheese, soup, fish, wine, eggs, natural juices etc. in price of booking. Like at home, all stuff we needed was there. It has parking underground too, in our case, bikes.

This is a beautiful property! It's located in a lovely small mountain town. It is a short drive to Salzburg. The night sky is beautiful here, and we could really see the stars. The property is spacious and very clean.

We were very pleased to be there in our holiday, for 8 nights. The room was clean, the meals were very tasty, all the staff (from reception, dining-room, kitchen, waiters/waitresses, room cleaning)- very professional and friendly. As a plus, the placement is very close to the bus station, drug store, supermarket, train station, ice-cream shop.
Hotel had made it clear reception shut at 6pm - so we made an effort to be there on time (arrangements could have been made for later arrival though). Bedrooms were large, and kitchen area modern and clean. Bathroom was large - with plenty of place for drying wet ski kit - I assume. 2nd bed was a sofa-bed - but rooms so large, they could have fitted a double bed in along with the sofa bed which would have made it more comfortable.
We just returned after a week’s holiday at this wonderful property. The accommodation was excellent, spotlessly clean and with a well equipped kitchen. The location is absolutely stunning with views over Berchtesgaden and the Watzmann mountains. The accommodation also has a swimming pool set in beautiful gardens for occupants to use. Beautiful views. Comfortable bed. Large spacious apartment. Lots of character. Fully equipped kitchen. Second time we have stayed there. Balcony on same floor with table and chairs for drinks or breakfast.

Very big room for 4, in fact there were two rooms. Not far away from Königssee (roughly 15 minutes by car). Free parking (very big space, no risk of scratching the car). Has kitchen and cooking utensils.
