The location is good which closes to the bus stop and few minutes walk to the Zentrum (uphill town center). The room comes with a kitchen and dining area which is fully equipped with all needs.
The host- Belinda is very friendly and helpful. She bought us lots of bakeries so that we can eat during our long trip to Nurnberg in the next day morning. She even offered us a temporary bed in her private apartment after knowing that our train to munich was cancelled due to bad weather and fallen trees. Luckily we managed to find a way to Munich from Salzburg.

The location was amazing. We could see the Eagle’s nest from the balcony and walked into the town and down to the saltworks.

We cannot recommend this property enough! The rooms are ultra modern with well equipped kitchenette. Great size balcony with views to die for.
Perfect location to be able to explore the surrounding areas and much more accessible than staying in Berchesgarden. Local supermarket and restaurants very nearby.
The property owners are fabulous hosts. We particularly loved being able to buy their fresh products such as eggs and bread to be able to have for breakfast each morning. The self-serve bar area works perfect and is an added bonus!
The hotel is like a scene from The Sound of Music with mountain views all around. Particularly loved waking up and seeing the goats, sheep, chickens and cows which add to the charm of the property.
The option to be able to charge the car using the electric charge points was great!
We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

The host's family member who welcomed us was superpolite and incredibly welcoming. We were invited to join the host and his family to watch a football match together, the apartment was waiting for us with a full fridge (use for free!) - food, beer, wine, and handpicked tomatoes from the host's garden nicely arranged with basel. It was just much more than we would have expected!

We were very pleased to be there in our holiday, for 8 nights. The room was clean, the meals were very tasty, all the staff (from reception, dining-room, kitchen, waiters/waitresses, room cleaning)- very professional and friendly. As a plus, the placement is very close to the bus station, drug store, supermarket, train station, ice-cream shop.
Hotel had made it clear reception shut at 6pm - so we made an effort to be there on time (arrangements could have been made for later arrival though). Bedrooms were large, and kitchen area modern and clean. Bathroom was large - with plenty of place for drying wet ski kit - I assume. 2nd bed was a sofa-bed - but rooms so large, they could have fitted a double bed in along with the sofa bed which would have made it more comfortable.
We just returned after a week’s holiday at this wonderful property. The accommodation was excellent, spotlessly clean and with a well equipped kitchen. The location is absolutely stunning with views over Berchtesgaden and the Watzmann mountains. The accommodation also has a swimming pool set in beautiful gardens for occupants to use. Very big room for 4, in fact there were two rooms. Not far away from Königssee (roughly 15 minutes by car). Free parking (very big space, no risk of scratching the car). Has kitchen and cooking utensils.
