The chalet was cosy, well cleaned up and stuff was arranged neatly before we were allowed to check in.

Was pretty easy to get the Keys,as the hosts had all the information sent out correctly.

We had a problem with the bed in our room but the staff were quick in responding and finding us another (better) room for the night. They fixed (partially) the bed and we went back to our original room the following day. We have since received a refund for the first night of our stay.

Self check-in very smooth. Great location around 5-10mins walk from central Interlaken. Room was spacious with separate dining/kitchen area/balcony. Family loved Interlaken and surrounding, we visited Lauterbrunnen with beautiful waterfall walk, climbed Harder Kulm for fantastic views over Interlaken and beyond, and went to Grindelwald First for sights and adventure - kids loved the Mountain Carts and Trottibikes.
we had taken the entire villa with a separate entrance, it was clean nice and perfect for a couple and 2 kids. there was a fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher and refrigerator. we thoroughly enjoyed it. My five-year-old daughter loved feeding fish and enjoyed the toys kept in the villa. the location was just 5 minutes walking from Interlaken West Railway station. and only a few minutes walk from the main Hoheweg street of Interlaken.
We were met by the host Mario. He was very hospitable. He had gone into details to ensure our stay was Brilliant. The apartment is extremely comfortable for a family of 4. The additional bunk bed could accommodate 2 smaller kids. The location I would rate as the best in Interlaken. The apartment was extremely self-catering for a family to stay a holiday in.
