Everything was perfect. Here you can get much better services and prices from the center. Actually is an apartment with hotel services. The metro station is outside you doorstep so you can go to marina mall or marina in ten minutes. The best part is that in metro you can always find a seat because it is the starting point. There is a mini market in the metro station for the essentials when you go home and also a bigger one 5 minutes from the hotel. The most important factor that makes me love this place is the staff. Bravo guys your doing an excellent job. I travel a lot and that one was my best apartment until now.

The hotel was nice and clean.. the staff were exceptional and very helpful Starting from our check in ,Aziz was really helpful, friendly and very professional… we were upgraded to a superior deluxe at the 25th floor as a birthday treat and even surprised us with a birthday cake.. very sweet. Housekeeping department was the sweetest.. always greeting us and asking if we need anything… the room was cleaned every day … special thanks to Umesh, Fayaz, Shameer and Vikas. On our last day we need help with our broken luggage and Hasnain the maintenance was great. Alauddin was really helpful with our luggage as we left the hotel… thank you for making our stay lovely

Everything was great. Probably the staff was the best part, everyone smiling and willing to help at any moment. However the room itself and the view, cleanliness, facilities (pool, gym, kids area...) and food, all deserve the best grade. It depends on goals and desires, only in case you'd rather spend the most of the time around Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, location might not be ideal. We would definitely come back to Avani Plus.

Its all good feedbacks.
