We had an amazing time at Avani Plus Palm Dubai! The hotel is spectacular, with suites that are spacious and well-equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views from our room were stunning and really added to the experience.
The food, both at breakfast and dinner, was delicious with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The hotel also has excellent amenities, including a well-equipped gym, changing rooms, and a beautiful pool area to relax and unwind.
One of the best features is the convenient location. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it super easy to get around. It’s only a 10-minute metro ride to the Marina and around 45 minutes to reach the Burj Khalifa area.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend Avani Plus Palm Dubai to anyone visiting the city!

Super friendly staff (shout out to Atif, Allan & Maricar!) who were attentive to our needs and requirements. Travelled with two toddlers and both felt right at home. We made full use of the kitchen in our King Suite, all basic necessities were provided (pots/pans/utensils etc) and The pool was a hit and the temperature controlled water was a huge plus in the scorching heat. A stone's throw away from the Business Bay Metro station, a well stocked super market and several very good restaurants, we would love to stay here again!
I would like to extend my gratitude to Hind for such a luxurious hostel. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the view is simply breathtaking. The living room is extremely comfortable, and the separate kitchen ensures a high level of comfort.
The hostel is ideally located in the best part of Dubai Marina, close to Media City, Internet City, and The Palm. Marina Walk and JBR are also nearby. Everything you need is within reach, including shops, restaurants, and a tram stop just 20 meters away.

Location is great, in the heart of the Dubai Marina. There is enough parking areas. The rooms are big enough. In the kitchen there is all equipment to use. A large balcony, with Marina view.
The apartment is in an amazing location. It's self catering and all utensils you would require are in the kitchen. The view from the lounge/dining area and the bedrooms are just wonderful and relaxing, especially at night time.
There are plenty of restaurants within the Marina area which are within walking distance too.
The communication with Tatiana was over and beyond. I had a couple of requests and she fulfilled them totally. Amazing lady. I will be back for sure but for a longer stay.
There was no address .The address listed is no where near the apartment,There was no reception the security man had no idea who I was or what bookings.com was .I eventually spoke to apartment owner who gave me correct address cost me £40 in taxi and metro fares to get there ,took me 3 hours to find property. The apartment was very nice but the self catering facilities were rubbish not a pot pan cup or spoon to do any cooking whatsoever ever .The kitchen was there but no utensils at all complete insane .
It's a good location for the Burge and Dubai Mall and handy for the Metro which will get you to most places. We had a two bedroom apartment but the self catering was difficult at the kitchen has no cutlery or crockery, we finally got some from room service but it took a couple of days to sort this out. The kitchen has a full size fridge freezer, microwave, sink, washing machine and two ring hob.
Location is good for access to the southern suburbs of Dubai, but business is still concentrated in the northern ones.
It is definitely a self-catering facility, no daily services, no reception, etc. In my case a shared kitchen (for 2 units), which, I guess, is acceptable for this type of facility, reasonably equipped, including washing machine and ironing board. If this is the type of facility you're looking for it's fine, modern and functional.
My experience staying at Mira was not what I expected, there were crawling bugs in the bathroom, the shower is too short for someone as tall as I am, there was no gas connection for me to utilize the kitchenette and the main reason I booked a self catering apartment was to use the kitchen as I have a toddler. Also when I checked in the reception had no idea of my reservation and I had to wait 20 minutes for that paperwork to be sorted out.
In general the apartment was great, size wise and furnishing, however, the apartment was worn and in needs of renovation, grout in the bathroom area was dirty, badly scratched floors, Airconn set too cold and couldn’t change it on thermostat.
Kitchen was well equipped for self catering if needed.
