Watch the clouds clear over Arenal volcano as you enjoy your breakfast. We saw more animals here than in Arenal National Park (alligator, camen, iguana, goannas, squirrels, male and female curassow and even a monkey). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Offering outdoor pool and a hot tub, Hotel Roca Negra Del Arenal is located in the suburbs of Fortuna. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The room and bathroom were very spacious and very clean. The patio with the view on the arenal volcano is really nice to chill. The gardens on the property are very beautiful and you can see different animals too. The swimming pool was a nice bonus.

We had an amazing stay at Arenal Monara: great hospitality, excellent new rooms facing the volcano, and a relaxing pool & restaurant area in the green to spot birds and animals (including a free night-garden-tour by the host to spot many frogs & other species)

Centrally located in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca town centre and just a 3-minute walk from Salsa Brava Beach, Hotel Indalo adults only features an extensive garden, sun terrace and free Wi-Fi. Nice spacious room with big bathroom, comfortable bed and good working airconditioning. Cute clean swimmingpool. Really good location in town but quiet. There is no breakfast but they offer free coffee/tea and cookies in the morning and clean drinkable water all day.

We had an incredible stay! The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was amazing. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, and the view was simply breathtaking. We loved every moment of our time here and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing garden - very well maintained and very beautiful! A lot of different birds and other wildlife. There's also a wild trek which begins from the hotel - it's a short one and gives you a great idea what a walk in a jungle looks like. On top of that the staff was amazing - due to bad weather I had to change the plans we had at the last minute and the staff helped us a lot - Thank you, you are awesome and you made our trip to Costa Rica wonderful!
