Hotel Vendaval features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Puerto Natales. The staff was very helpful and flexible. I couldn't book a room in the same hotel for three days after but they kept our backpacks for three days while we were at the Torres del Paine. The room was small but comfortable, relaxing decoration, the space was well used. The bathroom was also relaxing and clean. The breakfast was nice with some variety. We didn't have much time to explore the common spaces but they seemed relaxing as well. The price/quality ratio is also quite good, we stayed at another place for the same price and we would have switch if possible without hesitation. Definitely a place to come back.

This place is an absolute gem from the quality of the staff, adherence to the historical character of the building and the finishes and traditional touches throughout. A special shout out to the amazing and always smiling staff, in particular Ivonne and front desk personnel. The breakfast and all meals were fantastic. Best place we stayed in all of Chile to date. If you have the opportunity to be in this area, be sure to choose Casa Werner.

A buffet breakfast is served daily. stunning location with an incredible mesmerizing view you can’t get enough of. Spa facilities were great and came useful after long hikes or just when you wanted to relax. the restaurant had a very nice choice of food and the service was pleasant.
