Wow, this is an excellent hotel. Super attentive staff and wonderful restaurant. We stayed in the hotel which was perfect. I would stay there again on our next visit.

The girls in charge of serving were very attentive and kind. Everything was very clean an organized. Fruit was not available daily so I would only suggest to have a daily choice of fruit and whole wheat bread. The view from our room was beautiful. The room has a comfortable bed as well as nice comfortable pillows. Everything in the room was nice , warm and clean including the bathroom. The location is excellent. There is a beautiful waterfront where you can take a nice walk, contemplate the river and even have a surprising experience with the sea lions and other fauna. The hotel is located walking distance from downtown and from the famous River market- Mercado Fluvial. You can even take a solar powered taxi boat by a stop at the river near the hotel. There are several restaurants in the area and we really loved the Mesa Incognito Restaurant.
