The permanent gra/coffee service. The quality of products (Ahmad teas!), the small offers that make a difference (free laundry with a 5 night stay),the breakfast box when tours start before breakfast hours and the location as well as facilities for relaxation.

Set in a colonial style building featuring a garden and a restaurant, Hotel Jardin Atacama offers heated rooms with private bathrooms. Prime location. The room was very clean. We can have water refilled. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good too.

AC Hotel by Marriott Santiago Costanera Center features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Santiago. • We mostly chose this hotel for the view and it was amazing; I'm sure it's the best view in Santiago. • Very helpful staff. One lady at reception helped us book a visit to an alpaca farm. She found the contacts and arranged a next-day visit for us. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but we're super grateful for her help :) • Amazing breakfast. I recommend trying everything you can order from the menu. Also, my wife is allergic to gluten so it's nice that they had gluten-free bread.

Kind and attentive staff. Lovely welcome drink. Good car park. Great shower, great WiFi, very comfortable room.

Courtyard by Marriott Santiago, is located in Las Condes and features indoor swimming pool, restaurant and high speed free WiFi. Hands down the friendliest staff ever - The breakfast servers and manager were gracious and helpful - the front desk staff lit up and smiled each time i came up to the desk. I speak NO spanish and they were kind and helpful. The staff and breakfast mgr and servers made this me feel so welcome. LOVED it.
