The suite was immaculate, making me feel at ease during my entire stay. The bed was nothing short of amazing, providing me with a restful night's sleep that I truly appreciated. The location of Hotello guest suites couldn't have been better. Situated in an amazing area, I had easy access to various attractions and amenities, making my trip all the more enjoyable. One of the standout features was the laundry service. It was not just good, but truly amazing, allowing me to pack light and have fresh clothes throughout my stay. The hospitality of the staff was impeccable. The attention to detail and the genuine care they showed towards guests truly made a difference in the overall experience. It's clear that they take pride in ensuring guests have a memorable stay.

Strategically nestled in the heart of Ashrafieh, minutes away from the airport and in close proximity to the capital’s most famous landmarks, including ABC mall, Hotel Dieu Hospital, Sassine Square,... Fantastic staff and great location. They were very helpful for us to hire a taxi and pay by card at the reception and kept us comfortable in an upgraded room. Room was very clean and room service is very quick. Also the restaurant food is very good quality and the breakfast was excellent.
