Like all the buildings in this neighbourhood the Lost Hotel has no lift but the staff is happy to help you with your luggage. This is an authentic experience in Beirut and we will certainly put this on the top of our list when we return to this amazing, beautiful city.

The service at the hotel was top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rima at the reception in particular, was outstanding very friendly and welcoming! Overall we had an amazing stay, I would highly recommend it!
