The suite was immaculate, making me feel at ease during my entire stay. The bed was nothing short of amazing, providing me with a restful night's sleep that I truly appreciated. The location of Hotello guest suites couldn't have been better. Situated in an amazing area, I had easy access to various attractions and amenities, making my trip all the more enjoyable. One of the standout features was the laundry service. It was not just good, but truly amazing, allowing me to pack light and have fresh clothes throughout my stay. The hospitality of the staff was impeccable. The attention to detail and the genuine care they showed towards guests truly made a difference in the overall experience. The 4 star hotel is within 11 km from the city of Byblos, the oldest inhabited city in the world, where guests can enjoy family-friendly activities, also the famous Jeitta Grotto is 10 km away. everything starting from the reception Gentleman to the service team and it was clean and very good location

Готель зручно розташований у центрі району Ашрафіє, за кілька хвилин їзди від аеропорту та неподалік від найвідоміших пам'яток столиці, серед яких торговий центр ABC, госпіталь "Hotel Dieu", площа... Fantastic staff and great location. They were very helpful for us to hire a taxi and pay by card at the reception and kept us comfortable in an upgraded room. Room was very clean and room service is very quick. Also the restaurant food is very good quality and the breakfast was excellent.
