Nastanitev 21 House of Stories Navigli se nahaja v Milanu in ima sezonski zunanji bazen, fitnes, vrt ter teraso. On New Year's Eve, we arrived in Milan and went straight to the hotel. Everything about the hotel pleasantly surprised us. We were offered dinner, and shortly after, a rooftop party began with champagne and desserts. Everyone was eagerly waiting for the fireworks. The atmosphere on the rooftop was magical, and we absolutely loved it. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop was incredible – the whole of Milan felt like it was at our fingertips. The hotel was perfectly clean and comfortable, including the relaxing lounge area in the lobby. Our room was flawless. The breakfast, the staff – everything was at the highest level. Thank you for an amazing night at this hotel!

Amazing hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean, and the fragrance throughout the hotel was wonderful. They gave me an upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! 😍The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was huge, modern, and included a bidet. I stayed only one night, but it was a great experience. If I return to beautiful Venice, I will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect—just a 3–4 minute walk to the water taxi station and about a 10–15 minute walk to the city center. The hotel is in a quiet area, with a restaurant and a small grocery store nearby.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service and attention to detail. During breakfast, the hotel’s young daughter Giorgia went above and beyond by thoughtfully preparing chocolate and almond chocolate when my husband ordered an Americano and I ordered an espresso. Staff member Maria Autonietia was also incredibly kind. The hotel’s elder daughter Silvia, who served as the daytime receptionist, was always friendly and welcoming. The evening receptionist Olga deserves praise for her spot-on recommendations of delicious and reasonably priced local restaurants. The beautifully decorated central garden added to the charm of our stay. We were truly grateful for the wonderful experience.

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Florence a few meters from the Medici palace. Great rooms with all facilities, nice and friendly reception staff. Great price for the location and service. Highly recommend.

My husband, dog, and I spent the Easter weekend at Merli di Ada and felt like we were staying with friends. Based on the length of our stay, they kindly upgraded us to a larger room, which was greatly appreciated, and allowed us to spread out, which was especially appreciated when traveling with a dog. The view was breathtaking (2nd floor) and the personal breakfast brought to our room was worth the extra money. We'll stay again and highly recommend it, especially if you want to stay in the quiet part of the central city. They have parking too, which is a bonus!
