Very kind and helpful people at the reception as well as everywhere else at the hotel (restaurant, spa,..). Breakfast was just amazing and spa facilities were great too. The views - spectacular! Was very hard leaving this place and we will definetely return when in Grindelwald!

A very fun place, you can tell just how much energy went into the design and overall experience. Excellent hospitality. A young man at the front desk was very helpful in directing us toward art in the city. The room also came with a flotation device for swimming in the river and tickets for discounted public transport.

The view was magnificent, the food at breakfast and dinner was fresh and delicious, the staff very polite and helpful, our room was comfortable and spacious, we really loved the roof window, we really enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend!!!
