The frontline line staff and porters were very friendly. Breakfast was great too and the staff especially the head/main chef (didn’t take note of his name) was very friendly. Just a short ride to Cenang area. Pantai Tengah Beach is not very easily accessible but the hotel provides buggy rides to the beach area which we didn’t use.

Everything was above perfection, location is awesome, beds are really comfy and clean, veiws to the KLCC are breathtaking you cannot get enough of it, facilities are on point, pool, lounge, gym, work station, kids playground everything is ten. The reception staff are really kind and friendly, they treated very nice, i really can say they are the best staff I’ve ever met in my life, their manager should be proud of them.

Loved the infinity pool. The rooms were spacious with lovely coffee facilities. The bath and shower were fabulous and the black out curtains really helped you to sleep until we were ready to wake up. The gym had wonderful, top of the range equipment.
