Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. Everything! Huge room, comfy bed, huge bathroom, bathtub with a view, beautiful room decor (rose petals and cake) as a honeymoon celebration, nice breakfast, close to the park and Petronas Towers. We liked it all and the service was great. Our first time in KL and definitely not the last.

The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful and constantly full of happiness, nothing was too much trouble. There are lots of attention to detail as well, free snacks in your room, little notes on the desk, free Christmas Eve buffet, free kiting, all you need in terms of booking tours and scooters. Live entertainment on select evenings too. Free drink voucher on arrival at the bar.

Staff are very friendly (especially the housekeeper Binod!). Great buffet with broad options. We liked the pool on level 5, and spent most of our time there. Thank you.

Liu Men Melaka - by Preference býður upp á herbergi í Melaka, í innan við 600 metra fjarlægð frá Straits Chinese Jewelry Museum Malacca og 1,3 km frá Stadthuys. Perfect little gem of a hotel that seemed just like a mini Raffles. The staff were amazing and so helpful and the ambiance just as we hoped.

Set 3.6 km from Telaga Harbour in Kampung Padang Masirat, The Smith House features a restaurant and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site. It was the best stay ever, location is very convenient, the breakfast was superb, the management was highly helpful especially Hazim, he guided us very well. I will recommend it to everyone reading this comment as every penny was worth it.

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur er 5 stjörnu lúxushótel rétt við Kuala Lumpur-ráðstefnumiðstöðina (KLCC). Central location, exceptional staff. If I ever return to KL, there is no other hotel I would choose!

Conveniently located in the centre of Kuala Lumpur, EQ Kuala Lumpur offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. I recently stayed at EQ Hotel for 10 nights, and my experience was excellent overall. The room was exceptionally clean, with impeccable room service that made my stay comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside. The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip. Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy. Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur er staðsett í aðeins 3 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Pavilion-verslunarmiðstöðinni og býður upp á gistingu í erlinum í Kúala Lúmpúr. Absolute 5 star at every step of the way. The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly located, and the rooms and bathrooms are luxurious. I enjoyed the facilities (gym, spa, pool) and the many restaurants. The quality of the offerings were amazing. We actually spent more time at the hotel than we usually would since we felt so relaxed and loved that we had the space to just chill, enjoy views, drinks and food. We have stayed at other 5 star locations, however what is offered here is absolute 5 star service with real warmth from each person you meet along the way. Thank you to the many people who made our check in and out seamless (Izat), the breakfast team who remembered our names and what we liked and tailored their offerings for us with a smile. Nawi Fathi at Ebisu was excellent, and suggested courses which we loved. From start to end we had the experience we would have liked and this was the perfect way to end our 3 week Malaysian vacation.

This place was beyond my expectations ! The room was very clean and the facilities were new and well maintained. The bed was very confortable. I also appreciated the location which was close to the main attractions of George Town, you can reach the street art figures on a walking distance. The room have also a view on the sea and jetties, but not noisy at all. There is also too many cute cafes around the corner !
