Strategically nestled in the heart of Ashrafieh, minutes away from the airport and in close proximity to the capital’s most famous landmarks, including ABC mall, Hotel Dieu Hospital, Sassine Square,... Fantastic staff and great location. They were very helpful for us to hire a taxi and pay by card at the reception and kept us comfortable in an upgraded room. Room was very clean and room service is very quick. Also the restaurant food is very good quality and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff are amazing especially Joe, Tony, Charbel, Eliane, Bernard, Mario and all the housekeeping staff. They treat you like family and provide the highest quality of service.

The premium room is quite more spacious than i thought, which is a big plus. Daily cleaning and water provided for free, detail which is quite rare nowadays. Keep up the good work you are doing!
