Ubytovanie Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura s 4 hviezdičkami sa nachádza v destinácii Kamakura 15 min. chôdze od miesta Yuigahama Beach a 1,4 km od miesta Zaimokuza Beach. The location right next to the start of the causeway with a torii-gate to Hachimangu and less than a 5-minute walk to the station makes it a perfect location for sightseeing. The rooms are large for Japanese hotels and very thoughtfully arranged. The front desk folks are helpful, attentive, and polite. As a runner I run even when drizzling and wanted some newsprint to stuff in my shoes, but they offered a shoe dryer (small device with two nozzles and heated air). I'd never seen one before, and it worked like a charm. The lobby is spacious and a good place to congregate for an early morning coffee and browse the print newspapers, including an English-language paper. It was my second time staying at the Metropolitan, and, if possible, I'll be back!

Case is since my welcome suica card for my last train to my last journey in Tokyo Japan .but unfortunately my suica card not enough credit since I touch in the machine 😔.nobody at the counter.general most people don't care this case and forget it.but for me .i leave my welcome suica card and leave money in the counter as settle the payment ..i would like to inform the staffs at the metropolitan heneda hotel to help me to inform the train counter person in charge . I'm very fortunate 😊😊😊 this case has solved by Ms Yuki and Ms Shamira.appreciate with thanks.

Great location and great price. Rooms are modern and clean and I liked how you could access the room without a keycard (touchpad). It was nice not having to worry where my room card/ key was. - laundry facilities are nice and clean. - lounge area downstairs is nice but they close everything at 10pm. - the gym on first floor is very nice- enough equipment, weight rack and machines to get a decent workout in while traveling.

Stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in was quick and hassle free. The room was clean, modern and comfortable.Plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety of snacks and drinks. The location of the hotel is ideal, within walking distance to metro station (3mins). Very beautfiul boutique hotel after the reconstruction.
