Very nice location, room and staff. Easy to get anywhere (2 min to boats, 10 min to train station, super close to restaurants). The room was very spacious, amazing bathroom- both daily cleaned. The staff was very easy to communicate to and very friendly. Would totally recommend for a lake Como trip.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in Italy. Interior of the room and hotel was high end quality. They also have wellness and spa on entire floor, money well spent.

Ideally located in the centre of Siena, I Merli di Ada offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. Everything. After our minor car accident making us late for the garage and having to park far, the staff promptly helped with our parking situation and upgraded our room with the best view in the city! The room is large with all the amenities. The breakfast is plentiful and catering to our sugar-free need. We even got a nice bottle of wine as a gift. This is the best hotel in our entire trip in Italy. The hotel itself and the service is top-notched!

Smells like parfume inside the property. 😄 Small, not near any canal but if you are looking for a special boutique hotel with good price go for it… Very delicious breakfast by the way. Don’t try to look for another place for beeakfast. Personel was very gentle (except one, explained below).

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Florence a few meters from the Medici palace. Great rooms with all facilities, nice and friendly reception staff. Great price for the location and service. Highly recommend.

Modern beautiful hotel with an excellent location, within walking distance of nice small streets, restaurants, attractions. Comfortable beds, excellent noise insulation, the rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. Very attentive and friendly staff. A special thank you to the reception team - they were very attentive and caring when I felt unwell during check out!

21 House of Stories Navigli mempunyai kolam renang luaran bermusim, pusat kecergasan, taman dan teres di Milan. Amazing place to stay. Perfect location not far from Naviglio Grande, very clean room, astonishing design, very friendly staff.

The hotel interior is breath taking, the staff is totally amazing they were really helpful nothing impossible to them. room is fabulous the candies in the lobby is amazing idea.

Located in Bressanone, 7 km from Train Station Bressanone, Santre dolomythic home provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Santre was the highlight of my trip! Enjoyed the spa and sauna facilities. There are daily activities for guests e.g. sauna experience, hiking, yoga. Meals were great as well - I'm still thinking about the breakfast and wish I could have stayed longer to try out everything.
