The free tour they offered to Murano was a great surprise. The rooms are beautifully designed and high quality material was used. Location is perfect and San Marco square is only a 10 minute walk.

All hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms are extremely modern, warm with large bathrooms. I’m unsure why this hotel holds a 3-star classification, it is deserving of 4-stars in all aspects.
