The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our holiday and the hotel is utterly unique. This establishment has character, a sense of history and place, and is in a wonderful location to explore New York. In some hotels you never feel truly welcome; this is not the case at the Hotel Chelsea. Thank you - we will return.

Riu Plaza Chicago is attractively situated in the centre of Chicago, and features a fitness centre, free WiFi and a bar. I couldn't recommend it more if you plan to visit Chicago. Great facilities. Spacious, modern, clean room. Rooftop bar is a great addition. Breakfast is varied and good. All staff was great. Location is perfect. Nothing went wrong during my stay.
