Featuring 4-star accommodation, Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda - 2023-10-17 Grand Opening is located in Tokyo, 3.4 km from Miwa Itsukushima Shrine and 3.7 km from Omori Hachiman Shrine. The hotel is located 50 meters (or less) from the JR Monorail station to Haneda Airport (one stop to international terminal 3). It took me only 20 minutes to go from my room to check-in. The hotel is new, stylish, comfortable, and sound-proof. The restaurant looks cosy and offers Italian and international food (although I did not try it).

Attractively set in the Nakagyo Ward district of Kyoto, insomnia KYOTO OIKE is situated 1.2 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.5 km from Nijo Castle and 1.8 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto. The shower was great and nice to have access to some snacks and drinks 24/7. The majority of the staff was really helpful and nice. Thanks!

Located within 20 km of Sankeien and 21 km of Yokohama Marine Tower, Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura provides rooms in Kamakura. Excellent location— wonderful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable, although it did not have an especially nice view.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier has a fitness centre, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Yokohama. This 5-star hotel offers luggage storage space. Great hotel in a great location. Staff is absolutely wonderful! If you are lucky you can see Mount Fuji.

The food was nice and the gym was very handy to have. Very modern hotel that is held to a high standard. No complaints.

Located in Kyoto, less than 1 km from Gion Shijo Station, Gion Elite Terrace provides accommodation with a shared lounge, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The bed - most comfortable ever, also for my husband (and he would usually prefer a firmer madress than me. The bathroom, including the spacious bathtub. The dimmer switches everywhere to allow you to have a relaxing ambience, even in the bathroom, and the blackout curtains to help deal with jetlag. The fact that everything was simple but very high quality. We have stayed in both 'fancier' hotels and in places with more stars, but this was so comfortable and hospitable - simple, quality comfort. The staff, excellent English and helpful with everything, including securing us s table at a specific Michelin restaurant we hoped to visit.

KABIN Taka is well situated in the centre of Kyoto, and offers a fitness centre, free WiFi and a garden. This 4-star hotel offers luggage storage space. Convenient location. 5-10 min walk to bus and subway lines taking you all over the city. Staff really helpful and friendly. The room was a really nice size, clean and comfortable. The place has a nice vibe and the laundry facilities were really handy. It was super handy being able to turn up early, leave our large luggage and explore. We got an extra day exploring at the end too waiting for our night flight. We'd definitely return.
