The location and facilities were great! It is a short walk to the main areas with tons of restaurants/bars and has a great view of the volcano with a little patio for a morning coffee. The owners were extremely friendly & we even went on a little nature walk around the property to see some frogs which was awesome. Pool was nice after a long day of adventuring as well.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Hotel El Jardin is located in Montezuma town centre and less than 100 meters from the beach. WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge. Absolutely loved this spot. Great location right in downtown Montezuma. The pool and jacuzzi was clean, super relaxing, and I surprisingly had it all to myself under the stars. Wifi was decent, minifridge kept everything cool, and i loved that the windows weren’t able to let those walking past see in. Gabriel had wonderful recommendations.

Wow probably the best views during our stay in Costa Rica. We chose the upper floor and the volcano was in full view. It was amazing rain or shine. In other places during rain you feel like you are stuck in a small room with nothing to do but in this place we had amazing terrace and a massive room where we could read when it was raining and we didn't feel like we missed out. Breakfast was a short walk in a nearby property.

Featuring an extensive garden, a sun terrace with swimming pool, spa treatments and free Wi-Fi throughout, this hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from the Arenal Volcano National Park and from La Fortuna... 全てにおいて素晴らしいホテルでした。 まず、スタッフが皆様とてもプロフェッショナルで、到着時から暖かく迎えてくれます。 本来のチェックイン時間より3時間早く着いたのですが、部屋の状況を確認してくださり、直ぐに部屋に入ることが出来ました。部屋は、アレナル山を一望できる最高のロケーションで、アメニティも充実していました。 フロントスタッフは、ツアーにも親身に相談に乗ってくれ、お勧めしてくれた近くの温泉施設(Baldi)とコーヒー&チョコレートツアーはとっても楽しかったです。タバコン温泉の予約が取れずに落ち込んでいたのですが、Baldiには温泉が25種類あり、世界で1番大きい温泉施設のようで、楽しく過ごせました。 最後にレストランスタッフはとても親切で、料理のサーブだけでなく、アレナル山に関する知識を教えてくれました。もちろん、朝食・ランチ・ディナーいずれも美味しかったです。 初めてのコスタリカ旅行でしたが、こちらのホテルでの滞在のおかげで最高な旅でした。

Stunning view of the volcano, great garden grounds and swimming pool. Liked the bungalow style rims, which give good privacy. Excellent restaurant

We had a wonderful time and stayed longer although it was raining because all the staff, especially Ines were exceptionally friendly and helpful. And the food was always delicious.
