I loved the services. They were top notch. The staffs were super helpful, very nice and cordial. I’m all about cleanliness and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very generous. They had all the options you may need. The location was super great and there was an ATM inside the hotel. The spa service was very good. I also loved their appliances, particularly the bedside lamp that you can put on and off without pressing a button. Overall, it was a very good choice.

Also want to highlight Mr Kerollos Sedra from the front desk who made the procedure of switching rooms and check out very smooth and easy and was very kind and made sure everything is perfect. Great team, beautiful hotel and amazing ambiance. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back 🤍
