We were very excited to stay at the hotel given its impressive history. We were blown away by how beautiful it is. You feel like you have stepped back into the Victorian-era with the archaeologists and famous guests who have stayed at the hotel. You can also tour Agatha Christie's / Winston Churchill's rooms for free (if they are not occupied by guests). Our room was spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The room was cleaned daily and the staff always ensured we had plenty of water. The hotel has stunning views of the Nile and Elephantine Island from basically anywhere on the property. Since it's located right on the Nile, we found it very easy to hop on to a felucca or boat to take us around. There are plenty of taxis around on the road-side of the hotel too. There is also an ATM on site, which is helpful. There is a very helpful concierge on site to help arrange tours if needed. We enjoyed delicious dinners at all of the restaurants at the hotel, including the stunning 1902 restaurant. Breakfast was also fantastic - diverse and plentiful. The kitchen can also make you lunch boxes to take away with you on your daily adventures. We toasted our days exploring Aswan at the gorgeous bar. The service from each staff member we encountered was just outstanding - everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We enjoyed watching the sunset while swimming in the pool, and we even managed to fit in some exercise at the modern and well-equipped gym. We ended up having to stay an extra night because a sandstorm prevented us from catching our flight to Cairo - the staff were so helpful and even upgraded our room for free. We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return!

La struttura ha una posizione irripetibile sulle rive del Nilo sull’isola Elefantina: è meraviglioso svegliarsi guardando il fiume e ascoltare i rumori della natura e della campagna la sera, lontano dalla confusione di Assuan. L’appartamento è semplice ma dotato di tutto e molto pulito, ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Marta e Osama sono disponibilissimi a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti, con loro abbiamo organizzato anche transfer ed escursioni, e ci hanno dato consigli preziosi per conoscere il vero Egitto!
decisamente la miglior struttura in cui ho soggiornato nel mio viaggio in Egitto. Personale disponibile al massimo e molto cortese, in particolare Abdu e Khaled. Il bus per/da Assuan parte ed arriva proprio davanti all'hotel. Il sito di Abu Simbel dista un quarto d'ora a piedi ma c'è sempre un tuc-tuc disponibile al trasporto per pochi pounds. La visita ad Abu Simbel è quella che mi ha maggiormente emozionato e aver potuto soggiornare così piacevolmente ha reso il tutto ancora più indimenticabile.

Una struttura mastodontica e per questo motivo di difficile gestione, personale gentilissimo e disponibile e un complesso sistema di spazi. Molto efficente il piccolo traghetto che ti porta sulla terraferma, bellissima la piscina e molto rilassante. La vista della stanza sul Nilo è impagabile e porta ad un senso di serentià sia la sera sia al mattino al risveglio. Un plus il ristorante Panorama con una vista stupenda su Assuan di notte.
Lo staff è davvero super efficiente, non ci ha mai fatto mancare niente. La struttura è bellissima, in pieno stile nubiano. La sera abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante ed è stata senza dubbio il cibo più buono che abbiamo assaggiato in Egitto. Sono disponibilissimi anche per transfer verso Assuan sia in barca che con auto, o per fare escursioni
Hotel nel centro di Assuan a due passi dal mercato e dal Nilo, senza troppe pretese, hall nuova ma il resto della struttura un po’ datata,stanza spaziosa e pulita con buon bagno. Aria condizionata valida. Colazione locale discreta, niente di speciale. Personale cordiale e gentile.

Staff molto gentile e hotel molto carino. Disponibile anche un ristorante ad ottimi prezzi per pranzo e cena. Posizione comoda per raggiungere Assuan in barca, ma non per spostarsi in auto visto che si trova all'interno del villaggio nubiano.
È difficile trovare un buon hotel di fascia media ad Assuan. Questo è proprio nel centro della città, sul lato della strada, con macchine rumorose giorno e notte. La stanza è buona cosi come anche la colazione.

Purtroppo ero solo di passaggio e sono rimasto per poco tempo (arrivo dopo l'ora di cena e partenza al mattino presto del giorno dopo) però la struttura mi ha fatto un'ottima impressione: pulita e ben organizzata in tutto! Addirittura qualche giorno prima del mio arrivo sono stato contatto via whatsapp dalla guest relation manager che si è preoccupata di sapere se avessi eventuali esigenze e che ha curato l'organizzazione della navetta dall'aeroporto. Ho sfruttato il servizio in camera ed è andato tutto alla perfezione. La vista dalla stanza era mozzafiato e la colazione mi è sembrata molto varia. Se dovessi tornare ad Aswan ci tornerei senz'altro e stavolta sfrutterei anche la piscina!

Abbiamo viaggiato in autonomia, prenotato vi web dal Cairo. Posizione bellissima, la camera con vista tipo cartolina con tramonti fantastici buon punto di partenza per l'escursione ad Abu Simbel e tempio di File, organizzata dall'incaricata in hotel. Posizionato furi dl caotico centro lungo il Nilo, piscia bellissima in riva al Nilo raggiungibile con sottopassaggio extralusso. Piccolo neo la cucina, i pasti con poca scelta ma comunque molto economici paragonabili con le nostre trattorie, ma solo nel prezzo ad eccezione di una serata che era a buffet e 30$ a testa è un po' eccessivo.

Clean and nice staff! Next day we had to go to Abu Simbel at 4am and i ask about breakfast because was included on price and they give the breakfast in nice bags with the name of hotel!!!! I love it and the bags are good for using for personal things! Thank you! I recomanded this hotel! 🙃
