Situated in Giza, 13 km from Great Sphinx, Hyatt Regency Cairo West features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Spa room was great! Spacious with a jacuzzi, sauna and massage table and a big smart tv We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff went all out for us with room decorations and a small cake. Pool was nice for some relaxation and there was a pool table to help pass some time

The friendliness of the team was always helpful whenever we had a request, security was great, and we always felt safe (an important factor during these times) Michael at the Front Desk was a significant help, extremely approachable and understanding of our needs and the long travel we had done. Iliyana and Omnia (excuse me if I've misspelt names) made the morning even better at breakfast with their warm smiles, excellent service, and helpful attitudes. The Coffee was awesome! We liked being greeted by friendly faces and big smiles from the cleaning team of Abdlfattah and Maha. Importantly, our rooms were always well-looked-after and clean. Thank you!
