The hotel was accessible and close to all areas needed to be visited. Staff were friendly and their response was on time. The most I like was, they gave us some snacks, juice and sandwiches upon checking out. I have been in other countries and hotels they never do such amazing stuff. This hotel is as good as the comments l have read feom the prviouse hotel reviews, even I felt the actula living the experince is much more enriched with the staff touch starting from the very tentative GM M. Amjad, to his very cooperative and accomodating Assistant Mr. Ahmad Adel who made our stay starting and finishing very smooth. And between the c/in and c/out experince was a mazing with a very friendly staff to the extend you feel like home away from home to mention some stars starts from the Restaurant, the rest Manager, Ali mohd, Ahmad ali and the rest of team including live staions chefs (pasta guy) all realy woow not only with us but with everybody consistently. Rooms clean and staff flexibilty to accomodate your needs, F&B staff and the entertainment crew creative, active, evrywhere punchtual with programs, All lobby bar staff Mahmoud and the team are amazing.
Thanks for the whole staff, I would appreciate that Mr. Amjad convey our gratitude to all guest contact staff, and the non guest contat staff who made it a real sucess and memorable.

I'm glad I booked in this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful with all smiles. The food has lots of varieties. There's lots of activities, parties.... etc. I got surprised by a cake and fruit basket during my birthday. The pool is awesome with artificial falls. The beach is nice. Not to mention the unlimited alcoholic drinks. The landscape of plants, trees, grass are all beautiful. The rooms are so relaxing. I feel so welcomed in this hotel.

For me, it was the first time in Sharm El Sheikh. I absolutely loved the snorkling in the reefs by the hotel. Met many beautiful fish and colourful corals. Crystal clear waters. 🐠🐟 Many beautiful palmtrees and birdlife. Your choice of hotel means a lot, because Sharm el Sheikh itself is not very interesting or historically kept in any way. Even the Old market, is not very "old" or charming at all. But they have good products for sale. Like fake handbags etc. However, it's a hassle to make a good bargain, as they want to sell 3, if you ask for 1. And 5 if you accept 3. 😆 Be firm and know your taxi prices. Always tip everyone at least 100 pounds for any gesture or help etc. Leave tip in room every day. Purchase a WiFi SIMcard, and download WhatsApp. Do not eat fish that is not properly cooked💩🤮. No icecubes. Wash and sanitize hands! Drink plenty of water, eat salted nuts and fresh foods. And enjoy the hot sun with SPF 50+. Enjoy! I'll be back. 🏝️🌺🫶🏼🐟🐠🌞🌠🐈

The property has lots to say offer, many pools events and activities. Staying at Rixos- Ultra All Inclusive Adults only, permits you access to its neighbouring hotel which is family oriented. Its main attraction is the water park!
Restaurants, the neighbouring hotel and pools across the resort were all accessible! Buggies picked you up and dropped you off

The food in the all inclusive restaurants was very good and every evening there was a different special dish served., the pool and slides was great, the life guards, cleaners,waiting staff and kitchen staff were amazing. The main hotel and reception were clean.
