I really enjoyed my stay in the Urban, the staff was very kind and friendly, I was always welcomed with a cold towel and a delicious cold cinnamon tea, the room was clean and big enough, fast WiFi and nice swimming pool too, the location is very convenient near the main street and restaurants but no too close to hear all the noise from pub street, just perfect. Can’t talk enough about the staff always with a big smile, ready to help if I need transportation or something else, I felt like home. Highly recommend it.

Wow, such a beautiful stay. The property grounds were amazing. From the beginning, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were offered cold towels and a welcome drink. Our bags were taken up to our room as we went to the museum to explore before check in. The room was very spacious and large. Incredibly clean. I also loved the balcony. I was able to order room service shortly after the kitchen closed which was so nice of them! I cannot stop raving about how kind everyone at the hotel was. Really the best service and a fantastic price. I highly recommend staying there. They also offered free tuktuk service pick up from bus station! Also, we were offered a map when we first arrived and I’m sure they would’ve helped booking any tours if necessary. We had a sunrise tour of Siem reap and we had breakfast boxes prepared for us ! The location posed no problems.

This is one of my best stay in Cambodia so far. Hotel staff were super friendly. And the room was very big. Maybe I got an upgrade, The room was clean and neat. The hotel staff were super friendly and hospitality was amazing plus the excellent services to meet our requests, breakfast was delicious and the spa was divine. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved every aspect. hotel staff who was friendly and helpful. I would say the staff overall made the stay wonderful. The hotel staff at the front desk were so nice and help us arranged everything from tours to dinner show and provided us with plenty of information, The rooms are spacious and clean, comfy bed and I love the room balcony, and the housekeeping staff was so fast with the room service. Pool is nice and a great spot to relax and cooldown from the hot weather.

Siem Reap is a beautiful city and the people are even more beautiful. Everyone is so friendly and smiles - gives you the time of day and if you’re in a rush they understand and don’t bother you.
The Ankgor Wat temples are unbelievable, it truly is a honor to be able to visit them and believe it is definitely something for everyone to visit, whether you like history or not.
The town itself has so much to do and offer. The local food is delicious and the city centre has something for everyone.
I truly hope tourism picks up for Cambodia because it truly is such a wonderful country with wonderful people.
Put Siem Reap on your travel bucket list because it exceeded our expectations dramatically.

We are older travellers and went to see the sights primarily. All the tours we took to view Angkor Wat and the other temples, the Floating Village, the War Museum, the National Museum, and the Killing Fields Museum were very good. The Night life was vibrant with the street markets and food stalls.
The locals (we dealt with) were very friendly, honest, gentle and everyone worked. We avoided the non food stalls after a while as they all same the same sorts of stuff and we were continually pestered with "You want to buy..." . We learned just to say "No" and keep walking.
The food stalls offered an exciting array of foods and drinks, all very cheaply.
The fresh food markets out of the city proper are a sight , and smell, to behold and a must see. The fish section in particular is one not to miss. Need to get there early to see the best views.
All in all a great place to visit, even with the hot humid climate.

Siem Reap would be good for a 3 to 4 nights stay, Then you can do the bigger circuit of Angkor. If you love history and historical places, Angkor is really wonderful. The town of Siem Reap itself is quite clean and well maintained. It is a bit touristy, but that's it's main source of income.
Plenty of eateries, particularly the Pub Street area. But if you are there in summer or monsoon, be aware that most of the restaurants are not having Air con. So you have weather the humidity. Lot of local crafts to buy and they are very reasonably priced. Local specialty being the leather Art creations, which you find in many shops and you can see the artisans working on their craft.
Finally, must say, the people of Cambodia are so courteous and so friendly. Ever smiling people and always happy to help.

Siem Reap may be taking long to recover economically but the people are amazing, friendly and humble. Food is priced very well and delicious.
There is rich history and a culture and people work to survive.
Angkor Wat temples is a must see, walking tours gives you a good overview of the City and will definitely enhance your stay.
Its a City I would visit again and again... It's so safe. We walked around late at night.
We stayed for 7 nights and had dinner 4 times at the same restaurant, called Khmer Hidden Home Restaurant close to our hotel Two Seasons Siem Reap. The food was so good, we just went back once we discovered it.

This place surprised me...
This place surprised me... I did not have any expectations but was very pleased with the city layout, facilities and the cleanliness of the city. People were so beautifyl and could not do enough for you. I definately want to come back here even if just a week to do nothing and enjoy the hotel "Jungle" where I stayed. Great value for money.
When you first enter the property you are welcomed with fruit and a welcome drink and most importantly a cold towel which is indescribably amazing when you’ve been in the Cambodian heat all day. Every time you re-enter the property you are given a new cold towel which just feels so luxury. Would recommend this hotel over and over again as the staff were super helpful especially Mr.Phat the manager. Lovely experience will definitely return!
This property is in the most divine and truly Khmer style, surrounded by beautiful rice paddies, stunning pool, fabulous breakfast and peaceful country like area, away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap's other hotels - but only 6 minutes from pub street. Staff went over and beyond. If you want a truly Cambodian experience this is the place to stay. Highly recommend it and would come back.
Best Hotel in Siem Reap, super affordable. We had a wonderful time here. The staff is lovely and so friendly, the swimming pool is great, the barman is always there when you need him and the chef is amazing (and the portions are huuuuge!!!). We felt more at home here than we did at home :)
