They were always making sure everything was ok. The restaurant manager greeted me and made sure I was really happy...just because. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel with the treatment they gave. Was completely unexpected. This hotel is a nonprofit hotel too! The manager upgraded my room without me asking or expecting it. The room was lovely and comfortable. Very very clean and nice bathroom. Was nice and relaxing.

Rooms fine, food excellent and staff very kind and helpful. Everything is within walking distance. Hike the Yellow Trail and get a breathtaking experience of the Icefiord.

Set 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre of Ilulissat, HOTEL SØMA Ilulissat has spectacular views of the world famous Ilulissat Icefjord. Really nice stay, the room was spacious and clean with small essential kitchenette they picked me up at the port and when I had to leave at the airport. Friendly staff, I arrived early and my room was ready one hour before, anyway I could stay at the breakfast room where is available for guests coffe or tea offered by the hotel. The hotel is out of the centre 15 min. walk and I loved it as it is in a quiet place with a superbe view of the fjord. I recommend

Very friendly & helpful staff. Tour booking company (World of Greenland) on-site. Fantastic breakfast buffet. In-house restaurant serves very good lunch & dinner. Complimentary shuttle to airport and hourly service into town.
