It is not a luxury hotel, but it is fully equipped and has a small kitchen to cook if you wish. The staff is friendly, too friendly. We felt like home. They provide transfers and pickup rides. This is too convenient. Hotel Nuka does not have view on the icebergs. But we didn't care about that. Because we choose other settlements stays for view.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, the rooms are brand new, and the mattresses are incredibly comfortable. Despite the cold December in Ilulissat, we stayed warm and cozy in this comfortable hotel, with an excellent breakfast and a great price. The young woman at the reception was very friendly, and the airport shuttle was very convenient. It's a shame we couldn't try the restaurant, which has great reviews, as it was closed. I hope to return one day.

Das HOTEL SØMA Ilulissat liegt nur 15 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum von Ilulissat entfernt und bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf den weltberühmten Ilulissat-Eisfjord. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes, den man aber in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Transfer vom Airport hat gut geklappt. Unser Zimmer war zwar im Erdgeschoss, aber immer noch mit Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr weich. Verdunkeln kann man nicht komplett, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war gut, mit Eiern, Brot, Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Marmelade, Joghurt und Danish Pastries. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich. Uns hat es hier sehr gefallen.

Jacob the owner is one of the best service persons I met, helps with everything and gives you the feeling that you are taken cared of.
