Also, we asked if we could cut our stay short due to a change in our flights and the staff easily made this happen which was fantastic, and they refunded that night's stay quickly.

Staff was nice, booked me taxis when needed. Restaurant was very convenient when I did not want to walk on a rainy day. It was clean with enough space. I loved the kettle, I could make my own coffee every day.

It felt like a comfortable and safe peaceful home area environment! The owners were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay! The housekeeper was also very friendly and her work ethics are amazing! I also liked the fact that I could look out the bedroom window or lay down in bed and see the northern lights!

Loved the atmosphere in the hotel. There was a little entertainment in the evening by two locals singers and dancers, which I appreciated. Manager and staff were all excellent.

Staff was exceptional nice, warming and efficient. It is probably the best reception staff I have ever met in all the years of travel. Rooms were spacious enough and the views were very nice. Breakfast was great and the daily dinner specials were superb value for money.

Set 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre of Ilulissat, HOTEL SØMA Ilulissat has spectacular views of the world famous Ilulissat Icefjord. what I like about is you took care of me to the hotel <3

High room’s standard, the view! Fantastic breakfast. Staff! Location! Just in the middle of everything.
