Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

I stayed at Garden Palace for two weeks during a work trip to Palau. It was spacious, clean, overlooking a green area. Away from the traffic / noise of the main street but close enough for easy access of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. The owner and his staff were great, paid attention to detail and always available to help. The laundry service was at a reasonable rate and much appreciated during my long trip. A good breakfast was served on the roof terrace every morning and we were able to use the terrace for work meetings. There is an area to rinse and dry diving equipment although I did not use this myself. Overall a great stay!

La ubicación es céntrica, sobre la calle principal de Koror. El jardín con piscina es un oasis, tranquilo, relajante y muy agradable para relajarse después de las excursiones o un día de buceo. El desayuno muy bueno. Pero en mi opinión lo más importante a destacar es el personal, todos fueron súper amables y agradables, nos hicieron excelentes recomendaciones para ir a cenar, nos ayudaron a contratar excursiones, alquilar coche, destacar también el super equipo que cada mañana nos preparaba el desayuno, súper encantadoras, en fin, mil gracias por hacerlos sentir como en casa. La habitación espaciosa y confortable. Vale la pena pagar un poco más para disfrutar de las vistas. Sin duda volveríamos a elegirlo!

I love how the Hotel was very inviting and the staff are very welcoming! It was so clean and luxurious, made ma feel at home. Met a staff named Rasco. He was Super great! helpful friendly and always happy with a smile.
