I loved my stay at Palau Central Hotel. First, the bed was so incredibly comfortable, the mattress was perfectly soft and cozy and the bedding felt luxurious! The room was spacious, clean, and free of unnecessary clutter. The bathroom was great with a nice rainfall shower and the Toto toilet with heated seat and bidet was pure luxury. I had a balcony that faced the outdoor space with the pool and had a lovely view of the islands and water. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging rides for us as needed and assisting with luggage. The breakfast was good, I loved getting the made to order eggs every day. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and some stores, very central to everything. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Palau!

Cherryl helped with tours and site seeing and was so kind . All the staff always smiled and were friendly . Loved the golf carts and transfers. my son loved the pool and paddle boards. The view from rooms and pool was amazing

Clean and with all necessities. Very convenient location, right above King Palace restaurant. Far enough from the center of Koror, but still within the walking distance (15 minutes) to restaurants and shopping. The owner, Stephanie, was amazing. Very kind and always willing to help. Exceeded expectations. Room was as beautiful and bright and large as the photos. Staff were as kind as the reviews. Rooftop terrace was very pleasant rain or shine during provided breakfast or also just to take your own meals up to eat and relax. Amenities were everything you could ask for while staying on an ocean vacation. Swim suit dryers, drying racks, dive gear cleaning tub, towels to borrow, laundry services, and super kind and helpful owner. We will definitely be back.

Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!
