Palau Central Hotel is located in Koror. Featuring room service, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. I loved my stay at Palau Central Hotel. First, the bed was so incredibly comfortable, the mattress was perfectly soft and cozy and the bedding felt luxurious! The room was spacious, clean, and free of unnecessary clutter. The bathroom was great with a nice rainfall shower and the Toto toilet with heated seat and bidet was pure luxury. I had a balcony that faced the outdoor space with the pool and had a lovely view of the islands and water. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging rides for us as needed and assisting with luggage. The breakfast was good, I loved getting the made to order eggs every day. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and some stores, very central to everything. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Palau!

Situated in Koror, West Plaza Malakal has a terrace, restaurant, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and comfortable. All of the staff were so wonderful and truly cared about making sure everything was just perfect. The location had two restaraunts within steps and a grocery store all within walking distance. Or they would arrange a drive to take you wherever you wanted to go. Oh, and a Dive shop close by!

I stayed at Garden Palace for two weeks during a work trip to Palau. It was spacious, clean, overlooking a green area. Away from the traffic / noise of the main street but close enough for easy access of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. The owner and his staff were great, paid attention to detail and always available to help. The laundry service was at a reasonable rate and much appreciated during my long trip. A good breakfast was served on the roof terrace every morning and we were able to use the terrace for work meetings. There is an area to rinse and dry diving equipment although I did not use this myself. Overall a great stay!

Situated in Koror, West Plaza Hotel at Lebuu Street offers 4-star accommodation with a fitness centre, a terrace and a restaurant. I love how the Hotel was very inviting and the staff are very welcoming! It was so clean and luxurious, made ma feel at home. Met a staff named Rasco. He was Super great! helpful friendly and always happy with a smile.

Accommodation - very clean rooms, cosy bed, friendly staff and an excellent and caring owner, Stephanie. You just feel assured that you are in great and capable hands. There is a homely vibe and a warm sense of comfort. King's Palace - amazing food by Mr. Lim and his team!!! And it's just downstairs (same lot that provides the daily bento boxes)

Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!
