Located in Dortmund, less than 1 km from Phoenix Lake, Sellmann´s Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Staff went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. The rooms were immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. At first the giant bathtub in the middle of the room looked out of place, but ended up being the best part. LOVED the Tons of scalding, hot water and free bubble bath. Made this room Awesome. After a long flight, I could soak in the hot bubble bath while watching TV. Love, love, love the hot bubble bath! LOVED how CLEAN everything was. you won’t find a better hotel! The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. For example, they make sure you have a little goodie bags in the room with razors and toothbrushes and shampoo and conditioner, and Q-tips they even leave you a box of chocolate and fresh bath robes. One of the unique things that I liked was when I left for the day and came back later that night. The cleaning lady went in and cleaned my room immaculately she even organized all of my make up and junk food that I left, scattered all over. :)

We loved the room, it was very spacious and clean. We worked during our stay and the room was well equipped with a desk and good wifi connection. While working away, we try to stick to our routines as at home, and the gym was perfectly equipped to do so. The sauna was spacious and very relaxing. Incredibly helpful and kind staff.

Perfect location in the City center with a private parking lot avalable. We got a really big room with handicap friendly bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh made eggs and Oranges to self-squeeze. It is a dog friendly Hotel where guests with dogs are not second class (The dog was allowed to the breakfast room). There is a fridge with drinks for self checkout. An elevator to the parking lot is there

Spotless clean room with the right amount of water pressure at the bathroom (our favorite point), stylish interior, comfortable place, super friendly staff at reception both when checking-in & checking-out, walkable location from the central station, and a lot of cafes around to find.

Perfect location to explore Bernkastel, only few minutes walk into the centre. High quality finish in both the room and the reception/bar. Sekt on arrival was a lovely gesture. Very comfortable and large bed, slept extremely well. Shower and bathroom area was well presented. Ample storage for suitcases and clothes. Mini bar was stocked with wine selection and fruitsecco, for no extra cost :) We were travelling with our dog, there was already a waterbowl provided along with quality treats and poop bags - very much appreciated! Staff were very welcoming at reception, both for check in and also evening drinks at the bar.
