They were so great and helpful! The rooms where clean and the location is simple great because you have everything in walking distance (caffe bars, food, centre etc). It is one of the most luxurious hotels that I have ever been. The location was unique, the nature and the mountains panoramic view is breathtaking. The staff was polite and attentive, the facilities, the breakfast the restaurant just great. Also the spa area including the indoor pool fantastic.
