We went to our family and at the first entrance, all staff welcomed us with a smile. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was just as nice. The location of the hotel is very close to the center. When we said we were leaving early last day, we had left snacks for us. I definitely recommend it. Both the hotel owner and the staff were warm.

Hotel Hiserra is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. The location couldn't be better; it's right between the stone bridge, the Sinan Pasha mosque and the fortress, and slightly uphill. This gave me a great view over the town from my twin bed room, and also it's nice and quiet at night. I'm also very positive about the staff, who treat you as their personal guest, and also take good care of the neighbourhood cats.

Herşey çok harikaydı , odaları , temizliği ,özellikle de zengin kahvaltısı .Türkiye'deki açık büfe kahvaltılar kadar zengindi. Özellikle mutfak personeli Umut ve Samet Beyler'e ilgilerinden dolayı esktra teşekkür ederiz....

Ulusal Tiyatro ve Parlamento Sarayı'nın yanında merkezi bir konumda yer alan 5 yıldızlı Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina, zengin ve ihtişamlı bir şekilde dekore edilmiş lüks konaklama birimleri, 2... Otel temizdi. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitliydi.
