The sauna and ice bath were great for relaxation after exploring. The location was perfect for peace and quiet, yet close to main attractions. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort and quality!

Set in Prizren, Hotel Hiserra is 300 metres from Mahmet Pasha Hamam. The property features a bar, as well as a restaurant serving European cuisine. Hotel Hiserra is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. The location couldn't be better; it's right between the stone bridge, the Sinan Pasha mosque and the fortress, and slightly uphill. This gave me a great view over the town from my twin bed room, and also it's nice and quiet at night. I'm also very positive about the staff, who treat you as their personal guest, and also take good care of the neighbourhood cats.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helped with all our questions. The hotel itself was modern and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious omelets and crepes of your choice served directly at the table. The hotel was a bit challenging to find, but it was absolutely worth the effort.
