Talline i n steeped in rich history both past and recent events. The Old Town is stunning and needs to be given the time to explore extensively. We joined a bike tour which took us out of the Old Town to experience other attractions which was great. Excellent choice of restaurants and bars in the Old Town, never come across so many Michelin Star restaurants in such a condensed area. Tallin is not cheap though, especially in the Old Town. Make sure you also get out of Tallin and explore other areas of Estonia.

Was not a good start in the morning, not only because of the rain, but also i was followed by a guy. Even though I showed him the sign that I saw him, he did not mean to stop. It was 7:30 am near the Viru Gate and i was the only person on the street. There was nothing i could do, so i could just talk to that guy and he seemed to be a normal person, except that he was not able to speak English. He followed me until the townhall square. Was a horrible experience.
Aside from that, everything else was great. The view was great. Food was nice. People were very friendly.

We went to Tallinn with an open mind before experiencing the city, as it turned out we were so surprised how lovely the place was. The food was delicious and lots of varieties. Transport, such as buses and trams were easy, affordable and comfortable. Plenty of points of interests to see. We stayed at a hotel Citybox which was very close to the ferry terminals to go across to Helsinki in 2 hours, an amazing crossing in a luxury ferry/cruise. I would highly recommend visiting Tallinn for 3-7 days.

Wonderful historic city, with lots to see and do.
Wonderful historic city, with lots to see and do. On the streets in the old town there are signs in English explaining the history of the buildings and the street which add to the experience. It is an expensive city to eat in, but having a kitchen and a smaller and a bit further on a larger supermarket close by was helpful to buy groceries for meals. Every street was a photo opportunity. Most people speak English and were very helpful. City is very clean and citizens take pride in their town and history. We found five nights a good length of time to see what we wanted, but also have time to sit down for a coffee or drink and not be rushed. We would love to go back again in a few years.

Old Tallinn is a beautiful area, medieval in its core.
Old Tallinn is a beautiful area, medieval in its core. There are plenty of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and all the people we met were cheerful and very helpful. It is geared up for tourists. There are several exhibitions relating to its recent troubled history and conflicts with communism and facism.

Tallinn is a wonderful city to visit.
Tallinn is a wonderful city to visit. It is so rich in history and culture. The people although quite reserve, are hospitable and genuinely friendly once you engage them in conversation. Numerous outdoor restaurants and coffee houses in and around Town Hall Square offer good food, good coffee and wonderful pastries especially, The Maiamuuk, the oldest coffee place in Tallinn.. Best salted caramel cake ever! So, Tallinn is definitely worth a visit!
Second time in this hotel and again we stayed satisfied. Thank you very much for a small present🥰 It was delicious! Spa was great, comfy beds, balcony (i can imagine how great it is to drink a glass of wine on it), breakfast - one of the best in Tallin! Nothing is missing.
If only there were a coffe machine in the room it would the best hotel in Tallin!:)
Thank you again from our family and see you very soon!
By far, the best "big" chain hotel in Tallinn.
Refurbished, modern and very clean rooms and facilities.
Exceptionally friendly and pleasant personnel. The service at the Reception is by far better, faster and more smiling than in many other big hotels in Tallinn.
Great breakfast.
Good and convenient location. Tram stop just few blocks away, if you are on the way to/from Lennujaam-Airport.
Have stayed here already for 3 times. And imo this is the best hotel in Tallin.
Spa zone is not too big, not too small. And always not crowded! (at least in the evening)
Breakfast is fantastic! Fish, snacks, english breakfast, fruits, good coffee and even chocolate fondue <3
Definitely will return back again.
The place has been completely renovated and it feels like new. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I haven’t seen such a treatment in Tallinn yet, worth of 5 star hotel. Breakfasts are tasty, fresh and diverse. This place is worth stayin in
For me personally and for my friends, this hotel is one of the best in Tallinn. Completely renovated, excellent service, wonderful SPA area, varied breakfast. The location is perfect. We always stop here
