Surprisingly good. I was expecting a so so hotel because its a shorts stay airport hotel but the room were good, the buffet were excellent and they also have convenient stores inside. Staff were also good.

Many facilities at airport includes purchase of 10 year Suica Card and recharge machines and then ATM machines to get JPY cash using your home country ATM Card.

The airport is not 24h so it’s not accessible from 9pm and until 6am unless you rent a car/taxi. You must arrive 3 hours early for the luggage drop off however there is no place open for you to get breakfast and you’re actually unable to go through customs until 7am! To me, it was tiring and stressful since I felt like I was going to miss my boarding.

Narita feels like a transitory space - so many tourists seem to stay there for a night (like I did) so they can catch a flight or to recuperate before heading to Tokyo, but the city itself is gorgeous! We went to an izakaya that served local produce and chicken, a charming shopping street, and one of the most gorgeous (and uncrowded) temple complexes I have been to in both Tokyo and Kyoto. The attached park was a lovely place to wander, and there are cats everywhere too! I wish I'd booked an extra night or two to explore some more since it seems like a lovely city that deserves it's own stay.

Everything was just perfect!
Everything was just perfect! The rooms very clean, beds very comfortable, food excellent, the free shuttle is a plus but the day we went to the outlet the bus didn't pick up passengers, so we have to pay a taxi.

Staff was very helpful n we enjoyed full fledged breakfast which was included in the stay . there was free shuttle service to Airport . great help 👍😍
The hotel room was very spaceous and the beds were very comfortable. The morning buffet was great too. The location to and the connection provided by the shuttle to the airport were excellent! The shuttle goes every 30 minutes and they provide you with a schedule when you check-in. A good hotel to stay at before an early flight out from Narita.
The Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport is spacious and well appointed. The dining room offers both an a la carte or buffet style dining experience. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Staying at this hotel was the perfect way to end our holiday in Japan.
